Mrs. Nguyen holds a master's degree in Human Services Counseling, with a specialized focus on Crisis Response and Trauma, earned from Liberty University. Her academic background equips her with the knowledge and expertise to handle complex situations with sensitivity and precision.

Her professional passions encompass family wellness, mental health, crisis intervention and response, as well as trauma. Mrs. Nguyen's diverse career has taken her through various settings, including community-based organizations, psychiatry rehabilitation centers, and outpatient mental health clinics. In these roles, she has had the privilege of working with multicultural and diverse populations, including numerous refugee communities.

Notably, Mrs. Nguyen is a certified instructor for the Mastering the Mysteries of Love Relationship Enhancement Program (MML). This program is dedicated to fostering healthy marriages and family dynamics by teaching couples' essential relationship enhancement skills.
