Insurance Information

We understand the importance of utilizing your insurance benefits to cover treatment services. Currently, we are in-network providers for most CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield policies as well as Cigna, Johns Hopkins Healthcare (EHP and USFHP), and we are certified out of network providers for Tricare Select. For all other providers, we can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance provider should you be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.

Out of Network Rates and Non-Covered Services Fee Schedule

Initial Intake Rate (60 minutes): $230
Therapy Session (50-55 minutes): $200
Telephone Consultation (prorated per 15 minutes): $60
Letter or Report Writing (prorated per 15 minutes): $60
Clinical Consultation: $170-310/per hour based on the specific nature of the service requested.

Forms of payment accepted include credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). You will be advised on how to access your bill through your Patient Portal.
